Transfer and Benefit Transfer Policy

Transfers: All firearms sales will be done through the standard transfer process. ATF Form 4473. We will charge a flat $30 for all transfers and $40 for all transfers that include two or more firearms on a 4473. We will also charge $60 for all transfers who we have no advance notice of a firearm being delivered to us.
Denials: For any 4473 that is returned due to a denial we will charge a $50 fee plus forfeiture of firearm.
Benefit Rifles: We are always happy to assist an organization or company with fundraising and never charge a transfer fee for Benefit firearms.
All Benefit and Fundraising firearms must be picked up within a month from the event and winners being notified. If it is held any longer than 30 days we will charge a $25 per week storage fee for that item. If firearm is still not picked up within 3 months from time of purchase or winner being notified the firearm will default automatically back to Highway 79 Arms and be subject to resale. We want to process the firearms quickly and get them in the hands of the winners so it will make room for additional firearms and items for future use.
